Alterations in first sentence of Article 11 have been agreed to.
2. In note "G" words "British subjects" have been changed to "subjects of His Majesty" in first two paragraphs. I have not raised question of other verbal alterations in this note, which can if necessary be dealt with later please see my lobter of May 28th to Sir V. Wellesley, sent via Siberia.
3. Word "Britain" was already been deleted from
last clause of agreed minute.
4. Article 21 (duration) and corresponding
additional paragraphs
to Article 2 and Article 3.
numbered 2 and 9 respectively, are as in my telegrams Nos. 221 and 234, with periods of five years inserted in each of the additional paragraphs referred to.
